Twitter is good, Twitter is great
So I didn’t get a direct message from Chael Sonnen this week. That is bad. I also didn’t get a reply from MC Hammer, despite my best efforts. I Tweeted him in the wee hours and failed to get a reply. Ultimately, my goal is to get some words from the legend.
So I didn’t sleep at all Thursday into Friday on account of waking up very late Thursday. I used this time to productively work on my UFC Ultimate Brazil write-up and had some fun on Twitter. Here’s the result.
Gotta love the response from Sarah D’Alelio, if only for her awesome post-fight reply after the phantom verbal tap against Ronda Rousey. Pedro Rizzo gave me a nice retweet during my Ultimate Brazil write-up and Kenny Florian confirmed that his early morning activity was waking up and not from staying up late. You know, like most normal adults.
I should note that I got an Ultimate Brazil reply from Pat Miletich, saying only “Lol”. I have no clue why I wasn’t alerted via e-mail, so I guess this means I need to check my mentions more awesome.
Maybe I should change the name of this feature to “Hey look, the guy from Fight Rankings is totally dropping names”.
Fantastic stuff. You are quite the popular fellow on the Tweeter.
